It's On the HOUSE - 21 Days of Service/Canvassing

About

21 Days of Service is a new initiative created by Bonner Scholar, Dre'Shawn Spearman, that creates service opportunities before and after annual It's On the HOUSE event. 

Volunteers will have opportunities to:

  • canvass neighborhoods to share flyers and information resources available to those experiencing hunger and homeless.
  • participate in food pantries
  • clothing drives
  • meal kit preparations 
  • logistics planning
This event focuses on informing our neighbors of their invitation of our event, while also identifying close resources that assist with homelessness and hunger. Students are reminded of how close this experience may hit home and will give time towards addressing the concern.
