Cycle, Cinch, and Seed: Beautifying the Southern Walnut Creek Trail

Let's use It's My Park Day to cinch up trash bags and seed native wildflowers along the beautiful Southern Walnut Creek bike trail. At 9am on Saturday, March 7th, We'll meet at Govalle Park and ride up the trail from there, dropping wildflower seed bombs and stopping at several sites along the way to clean up garbage. Participants should be prepared to get muddy/wet, as the lion's share of the litter is in and around streams. We will bring the garbage bags, gloves, and trash grabbers; you just have to bring your enthusiasm and a bike!

What you should bring:
-a bike, of course
-sensible shoes (something you can get wet}
-a bag to carry seed bombs, if you want to be able to drop some
-water, sunscreen
