In light of the COVID-19 crisis, Mile High United Way's 2-1-1 Help Center has played an integral role in providing access to important resources for families and individuals in our community. We have seen an incredible increase in call volume as people are trying to find ways to keep a roof over their heads and food on the table.
Join us as we hear from Fermin Avila, Director of Call Center Operations at 2-1-1, who will share up to date data straight from our community.
These briefings are designed for you to leave with a better understanding of what is happening in our community, how this data is driving change in Mile High United Way’s response, what residents living in our most under-resourced neighborhoods are currently facing as a result of COVID-19, and what you can do to help.
