Calling all families and work groups! Bring out your artistic selves and create handmade cards for our clients. Our clients tell us they enjoy receiving these messages from the heart. In fact, some say they post the artwork on their refrigerators, hang them on their walls or keep them with their mementos. Many of our clients live alone and are unable to visit others. And now with COVID-19, they are further isolated. Your artwork and thoughtful messages remind them that they are appreciated and loved.
Instructions: Cards for any occasion are welcome: Thinking of You, Have a Great Day and all holidays including Valentine’s Day, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, to name only a few--we celebrate everything! Make a few cards or a hundred.
Delivery: We ask volunteers to call (303) 665-0566 or email (escanlon@coalcreekmow.org) to schedule a drop off time. Or mail the cards to us at 455 N Burlington Ave, Lafayette, 80026.

Wondering if you should register to volunteer? Based on the CDC guidelines, we are asking you the following questions:
- Have you been exposed to someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19? See the CDC’s risk assessment guidance.
- Do you have symptoms consistent with COVID-19? Symptoms can include a cough or shortness of breath or at least two of the following: Fever, Chills, Repeated shaking with chills, Muscle pain, Headache, Sore throat, New loss of taste or smell. See the CDC’s symptom information.
