About
Come help the Food Forest clean up our gardens, berms, and swales from winter weather and prepare for spring through summer! We will be mulching, clearing weeds, trimming plants, picking up trash around the entire park area, and doing lots of planting of starts and seeds! The Festival Beach Food Forest is a public edible and medicinal garden open to the community for harvesting and as a community space. This space is completely run by volunteers; we need your help to maintain and beautify the space- a whole community effort!
A picnic lunch will be offered after the workday event ends (~12:30 or 1pm), social distancing and safety in mind. We hope everything aligns for volunteers to join for fun and fellowship in the garden.
