About
For a fun morning outdoors, please join Festival Beach Community Garden on our March work day to help us regenerate 2.5 acres in East Austin. Tasks include mulching trees, weeding rain garden and swale, tending communal vegetable and herb gardens, restoring “accessible” raised beds, assisting in compost and cleaning up debris and bulky items. Please bring water, gloves, wear work appropriate clothes and closed toe shoes. There will be lots of friendly members assisting and guiding crews. This is a great way to learn about the garden and explore joining. We welcome all ages and skill levels.
