Welcome to United Way Wednesdays! Each month we are hosting a time for volunteers and other members of the community to tour our building, help with some in-person volunteer projects and meet other United Way volunteers.
Drop in during these times to participate in:
3pm-4pm: LIVE United Tour
Tour of the Mile High United Way Morgridge Center for Community Change to get a behind the scenes look at the community work you are investing in. While visiting, you'll see our 2-1-1 call center in action, meet the staff leading our impact efforts, and dive into Mile High United Way past, present, and future.
4pm-5pm: United Way Wednesday- Volunteer Project
Participate in various volunteer projects happening in the building with United Way staff and volunteers. Each month will be a different project and activity.
5pm-6pm: Volunteer Social Hour
Join us for a drink and meet other amazing volunteers from our programs. This is a great opportunity to learn more about our programs and find out about other volunteer opportunities.

Requirements for In-Person Opportunities:
Wondering if you should register to volunteer? Based on the CDC guidelines, we are asking you the following questions:
- Have you been exposed to someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19? See the CDC’s risk assessment guidance.
- Do you have symptoms consistent with COVID-19? Symptoms can include a cough or shortness of breath or at least two of the following: Fever, Chills, Repeated shaking with chills, Muscle pain, Headache, Sore throat, New loss of taste or smell. See the CDC’s symptom information.
Parking Details
Parking is available on the outside parking deck of Mile High United (entrances can be found on California and Stout Street). There is free one- and two- hour parking available on California, Stout, and 24th Streets. A paid lot is located across the street on Park Avenue and California for $5 per day.
