About

Please join us for our 28th Annual Day of Caring on Friday, September 9th.

Day of Caring is the largest single-day volunteer event in Boulder and Broomfield counties. It is an opportunity for local volunteers to go out, give back, and make a positive impact in our community. Day of Caring reflects one of Mile High United Way's core values: that we are better together and, united, we can achieve our vision of future in which all people can achieve their full potential.

Day of Caring includes volunteer projects hosted at nonprofits across the region. We welcome corporate groups, community and civic groups, and individuals 18 and up to participate in volunteer projects. Projects consist of a variety of in-person and virtual activities.

Celebration: All volunteers, agencies, and companies are invited to the celebration after Day of Caring at The Rayback Collective, 2775 Valmont Road, Boulder, CO 80304, starting at 12 p.m.

Parking can be limited at the Rayback Collective. Guests are encouraged to carpool/Uber/Lyft/etc. Additional parking can be found on Glenwood Drive , located North of the Rayback. Guests can walk to the Rayback via the Goose Creek Bike Path.

T-Shirts: All volunteers will be able to order a free Day of Caring t-shirt at registration. If you register after 9/7/2022 your shirt can be picked up at Rayback Collective or you can make arrangements to pick it up another time by contact volunteer@unitedwaydenver.org.

For questions or to make your reservation for a Day of Caring project, please email the Volunteer Team at volunteer@unitedwaydenver.org

For companies or groups making a group reservation at an in-person project, the Mile High United Way volunteer team will send you specific instructions on how to track your volunteers' t-shirt sizes and celebration RSVP list.
