About
Starting in January 2023, Read with Me After School will need volunteers to support elementary students with their literacy skills. This new program is currently recruiting 20 volunteers to commit to one hour every other Wednesday to support the after-school PEAK program at Thornton Elementary.
The Mile High United Way Volunteer Team is holding virtual information sessions to learn more about this exciting volunteer opportunity and the requirements needed to support elementary aged students. After attending an information session you will be given a code to register for the one-hour virtual training.
Please register for an upcoming information session or email volunteer@unitedwaydenver.org for more information.
