Rise Against Hunger Packaging Event

Salem United Methodist church is sponsoring a Rise Against Hunger packaging event on Sunday, November 13, 2022 at 2:00 pm. We want to pack 18,000 meals in one day and we need more volunteers to help make this happen. Are you up to the challenge?

Come and stay for 1 hour, 2 hours or 3 hours. There will be different stations that will consist of filling bags, weighing, sealing, and packing.

World hunger is a devastating issue right now. Rise Against Hunger is a global movement to end hunger by empowering communities, nourishing lives and responding to emergencies.

Please come out to help us pack some meals.
