Embrace Boston

NASPA is teaming up with Embrace Boston to raise awareness of their campaign to uplift known and unknown figures of the civil rights movement to be honored through The Embrace Memorial. This memorial is located in Boston Common, where Reverend Martin Luther King Jr. led over 22,000 people in the 1965 Freedom Rally, one of Boston's first freedom marches. On Sunday, April 2nd from 1-3pm, during the NASPA Annual Conference, members will be participating in an community service awareness campaign by creating testimonial videos to encourage guests to visit the Embrace Memorial.
