We will have hard copy sign in sheets at the event and if we run out of shirts, I will make sure to get you one after the event for you.

Just saw this note. I didn't register my children separately and now since it's full I'm not sure how. If t-shirts are available, they'd be child's size S and M. Happy to sign a waiver on site or however needed. Thanks for organizing.

Hi all and thanks for volunteering at our It's My Park Day on Saturday!

A few things: please register everyone in your group individually-even kids. First, we need to have a liability waiver for everyone. Also, this is how we track participation and count out your t-shirts!

The rain policy is that if it rains (hard enough to disrupt our work), we wait an hour. If it's still raining, we reschedule for the following day at the same start time. If it's still raining the following day, we will announce an official "rain date" if necessary to finish the project.

We understand not everyone will be able to make the alternate day if it rains, so don't worry if you can't make the alternate time. Feel free to message me here with questions or concerns.
