Getting in the creek and cleaning it out!
The section of Boggy Creek within Parque Zaragoza is magnet for trash and litter. When we went down there in the summer we cleaned out bags and bags of trash and didn't even make it halfway through the section we are trying to keep clean.
For this cleanup we expect it to be wet -if you have boots or even hip waders it might be helpful since it could be cold and wet! We will also provide work gloves and some boots, as well as trash grabbers and trash bags.
Meet up will be at the western-most entrance to the park, on Webberville road near the baseball fields.

Requirement Details
If you're unfamiliar with this section of Boggy Creek, it is within an aqueduct, so there isn't a bank to the creek. It won't be deep water, but we will be walking in the water at least some, and it may be slippery as well. We will be cautious and safe as we remove trash from the creek, but just keep in mind your comfort and ability in this type of situation.
