We are going to PAWS Atlanta on Saturday, February 3rd from 10 AM - 12 PM. PAWS Atlanta is a no-kill animal shelter in Decatur with a mission of building a community of caring, by people helping pets and pets helping people. Typical group volunteer activities may include:
- Walking and socializing dogs
- Entertaining and socializing cats
- Landscaping
- Spreading mulch on our dog walking trail
- Painting
- Helping with small building projects
- Sorting animal crates, food, leashes, and toys
Recommended Dress: Please make sure you wear closed-toed shoes that are comfortable/appropriate for outdoor work and clothes that are okay to get dirty. Dress warm because we will likely be working outside. Bring a reusable water bottle.
