Join APIE at Mile 5 of the Austin Marathon!

Join APIE for this One-Time Volunteer Opportunity: Great for Groups!

Austin Partners in Education (APIE) is an official charity of the 2024 Austin Marathon. We will be manning the Mile 5 Aid Station (located at Morning Star Trading Company, 1919 South 1st Street) on race day, February 18! We are looking for 80+ volunteers to join us from 6:00 to 9:30 a.m.

Volunteers will help set up and organize the aid station, and distribute drinks to runners on the course. They also cheer on the runners (feel free to bring signs!) and keep the aid station clean and safe for the athletes. APIE will have coffee, water, and snacks available for volunteers. All volunteers will also receive a free T-shirt from the Austin Marathon. We are happy to provide a participation certificate and/or sign documentation for volunteer hours if needed.

This is a fun, high energy event that is great for individuals or groups! Sign up to volunteer at: https://bit.ly/apieaidstation24
