About
The City of Austin's Asian American Resource Center (AARC) welcomes community members and groups to help us put on our annual CelebrASIA event! This family-friendly festival celebrates Asian Pacific American heritage month and will be held in-person at the AARC.
Volunteers are needed for various tasks including assisting with greeting and directing attendees, keeping the facility clean and tidy, engaging attendees at the AARC table, helping setup and breakdown, and other general support as needed. Further instructions for each volunteer role will be provided the week leading up to the event, and any remaining instructions and necessary materials will be provided on the day of the event.
Work will be organized in shifts to give every volunteer a chance to enjoy the festival!
Lunch will be provided for all who are volunteering on the day of the event! More details to come. Please include any allergies or dietary restrictions when signing up for a shift.
