It's My Park Day at the Ney!

Join us for It's My Park Day at the historic Elisabet Ney Museum!

We will be cleaning out the lodge, our storage building to the north of the creek. We will also be working in the historic landscape at the Ney removing aggressive and invasive plants and other activities that will improve the way the Ney landscape functions. In addition to these activities will also have a BioBlitz where we use iNaturalist to log as many species at the Ney. No need to have prior experience using iNaturalist to participate. There will also be a short plant walk afterwards.

We will have It's My Park Day t-shirts as a thank you for your volunteer efforts.

We will provide tools and gloves but PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN WATER BOTTLE wear appropriate clothing (closed-toed shoes) and bring sunscreen. 

We'll meet at the front of the Elisabet Ney Museum (304 E 44th Street) 9am-12pm.
