The AARC is hosting a free, family-friendly event on Saturday, October 19th from 11am-1pm to showcase one of the current exhibits, Kiss Papercuts Goodbye.

Volunteers will be needed for set up before the event, assisting with activities during the event, and breaking down after the event. Please see more information and sign up for a shift below.

Parking Details
Please park at the City of Austin’s Rutherford Lane Campus at 1520 Rutherford Lane. It is located next to the AARC and the parking lot can be entered from Cameron Lane. The nearest bus lines are the 10 and 325. Be careful to cross at the light. There is not a crosswalk in front of the building.

Help with final set up, decorations, and preparing for the event. Assist attendees with making crafts. Materials and instructions will be provided. Help with break down and clean up, including emptying trash, vacuuming, and moving tables/chairs.
