The Council of Presidents & Joint Greek Council Presents Trunk or Treat

Important Details:

• Elementary Kids (4-5 PM): From 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM, we will have elementary-aged children visiting. Please ensure that all costumes and decorations are family-friendly and appropriate for young children.
• College Students (5-7 PM): After 5:00 PM, college-aged students will join the event. The event will end at 7:00 PM.

Candy Guidelines:

• Please provide candy: All participating organizations are expected to bring candy to hand out to the children.
• No nuts: We highly recommend bringing nut-free candy to ensure the safety of children with allergies.
• No homemade treats: It is very important that no homemade food or treats are distributed. Please only bring pre-packaged candy or snacks.

Call Time & Setup:

• Call time for all organizations is 3:00 PM at the Truist Stadium parking lot. Use this time to decorate your trunk and ensure everything is ready before the event starts.
• The kids' portion of the event begins at 4:00 PM and will end at 5:00 PM. Afterward, the event will continue from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM for college students.

• There will be free food and a DJ to create a fun atmosphere, so feel free to enjoy the music and make this a great experience for everyone!
