Woohoo! Spring Garden Therapy at Festival Beach Community Garden for It's My Park Day

Please join us for Spring Garden Therapy at Festival Beach Community Garden (FBCG) for It's My Park Day!!! In these bewildering times and often solely digital interactions with others, it is scientifically proven that getting outdoors and volunteering enriches your life significantly! If digging in the dirt with generous-spirits is your thing, we would love to have you join us. FBCG is a garden gem just east of I35 that began in 2009 with a multigenerational and multicultural group of dedicated gardeners. Bonuses: FREE TEE, FREE TREATS, FREE COMMUNITY GIVE BACKS along with FREE GARDEN THERAPY!!! We will change things up this year with some painting & some communal plot seeding for Spring crops to harvest for our senior neighbors at RBJ Serafina Food Pantry. It's My Park Day is a fulfilling event that you will not regret participating in with its bi-annual City-wide activation that makes you proud to be an Austinite. 

Please plan to wear closed-toe shoes, sun protection & bring your own water bottle to stay hydrated.
