About
This IMPD Project will focus on identifying and removing unwanted invasive plants species in Bull Creek Bluff, one of Austin's newest parks, with a focus on Ligustrum and Nandina. Bull Creek Foundation members will teach participants how to ID these plants, why they are unwanted, and how to remove them using weedwrenches and girdling. We will provide the knowledge and tools, you provide the enthusiasm. We'll meet at Bull Creek Bluff Neighborhood park at 9:00 and finish up close to 12:00. Make sure to bring water and dress for walking through brush (long pants, long sleeves, close-toed shoes, and a hat).
