About
Come join Waterloo Disc Golf Club as we spread mulch on the disc golf course at Roy G. Guerrero Park. We will be putting mulch around the baskets, tee boxes, and other high traffic areas to reduce soil compaction and erosion, and to encourage the growth of the grass that helps keep this course so beautiful. Tools, work gloves, snacks, and drinks provided. Please bring a water bottle, and if you can bring an extra pitchfork or rock rake (the heavy duty kind of rake, not lightweight leaf/grass rake), please do so.

Perks
Plenty of drinks and snacks provided, plus Austin Parks Foundation usually has some nice goodies for the volunteers.
Parking Details
From the intersection of E. Riverside & Pleasant Valley, go east on E. Riverside for 4 traffic lights and turn left (north) on Grove Blvd. Go past the golf course and ACC Campus and Grove Blvd will just become the park road into Roy G. Guerrero. After passing the park gate, follow the park road and keep going forward about 3/4 mile (past a baseball field on your left) until the road ends in a small parking lot next to a small soccer field and a few picnic tables.
