Walnut Creek Cleanup @ Gracywoods Park

Join Keep Austin Beautiful at Gracywoods Neighborhood Park to clean up litter from in and around Walnut Creek and learn more about how you can protect your local creek at 10am on Thursday, July 17th!

We will provide cleanup supplies on site as well as sunscreen and bug spray. We will meet near the parking lot south of the playground before heading to the creekside via the Northern Walnut Creek Trail - look for the Keep Austin Beautiful event table and signage!

Please remember to wear close-toed shoes and durable clothing as the terrain may be rough in some areas. Conditions may be wet as we will be working along the creek; please dress appropriately!  Long pants and a hat are also recommended. Be sure to bring a full water bottle and stay hydrated. When arriving at the park, please remember to hide any valuables and lock your car before checking in. Parking is available in the lots on site within the park. Carpooling is highly encouraged!
