Join us for a stroll in Austin's newest official park! Little Walnut Creek was recently designated as city parkland and we are doing an It's My Park Day clean up event to help beautify this wonderful East Austin green space. Gather starting at 10am at the entrance to the left of the Super 8 Hotel at Hwy 183 & 51st St. We will be doing general trash pick up, park exploration and taking feedback for what you want this park to become. Come join us and get to know this new Austin gem!

What an awesome day! Thanks to everyone who showed up and participated. We filled a giant dumpster with trash, spread several pounds of native wildflower seeds, and made new friends.
