Circle C Chinese Americans Thanksgiving Networking Potluck

This is a holiday event for Chinese American ethnic group residents in the Circle C and adjacent area of southwest Austin. The event is held to create bonding, to foster our heritage and to provide networking opportunity for community residents. Over 45 families have signed up to attend with the total number of attendees expected to be around 150. 

Volunteers are needed for initial set up, front desk, kitchen support, club room support and final cleaning up. Around 18 volunteers are needed.

5:15-5:30pm Volunteer group meeting
5:30-5:50 Set up (tables, chairs, table clothes, sanitize kitchen counters, tape signs on the walls, set up plates, utensils and napkins, volunteers in place)
5:50 door open to attendees, all set up dishes (no gathering/chatting in kitchen or hallway, take & go!) and back in club rooms
6:10 all take foods and sit down (no gathering/chatting in kitchen or hallway, take & go!)
6:40 all seated and eat dinner, sponsor introduction, residents introduction (if spills happens please clean immediately by yourself)
7:10 closing remarks, volunteer appreciation 
7:20 all wiping down tables and chairs, and return to furniture closet)
7:30 final cleaning up (signs taken off, sweep floors in kitchen, hallway and restrooms, final clean of spills/stains, vacuum club rooms, sanitize kitchen countertops, all trash taken to dumpster, final check all rooms, turn off all lights, lock door?, all must exit by 8pm)
