Strong Hearts, Loving Feelings

This program aligns with February’s recognition as Heart Health Month and uses the Valentine’s season as an opportunity to teach children the importance of caring for both their physical health and emotional well-being. We are going to be located at Hope Academy, 1403 W Florida St, Greensboro, NC 27403, from 1:45 to 3:15pm. The event will focus on how physical movement supports heart health while also helping students understand emotions, communication, and healthy ways to respond to different situations.
