Program Overview: Inspiredu Digital Skills Virtual Workshops: Must Ministries
Goal: Equip adults with foundational digital skills using refurbished laptops (Inspiredu devices) through our Learn to Earn Computer Program.

What to Expect:

• Laptops Provided: Each participant receives an Inspiredu-refurbished laptop as part of the program.
• Virtual Workshops: Digital Skills Volunteers will support interactive online sessions to teach basic computer skills using the Northstar Digital Assessment.
• Beginner-Friendly: Workshops are designed for adults with little to no prior computer knowledge.
• Volunteers will:
  • Guide participants through hands-on activities.
  • Answer questions in real-time (anticipate common challenges like logging in, using a mouse, or navigating software).
  • Provide patience and encouragement to build confidence.

Key Skills Covered:

• Turning on/off the laptop.
• Using a mouse and keyboard.
• Navigating the operating system (e.g., Windows, ChromeOS).
• Basic internet use and online safety.
• Email and document creation.

Virtual Format:

• Sessions will be held via Microsoft Teams.
• Volunteers may need to troubleshoot technical issues.
