About
Join a City of Boulder Open Space & Mountain Parks trail crew for a day of trail work! Your work will help reduce OSMP's maintenance backlog, protect valuable natural resources, and provide a more enjoyable visitor experience.
Project locations and difficulties TBD. Exact project location and details will be communicated via email to participants approximately one week before event. Lunch will be provided.
PREPARATION FOR THE DAY:
- Three liters of water & snacks
- Sturdy closed-toe shoes or boots (no "five finger" types of shoes, sandals, etc.)
- Rain jacket
- Personal first aid kit, if you have one (OSMP will have a group first aid kit)
- Backpack to carry personal items
- Sunglasses, hat and sunscreen
- Clothing appropriate for weather conditions
Dress appropriately for Colorado weather and to work in an outdoor setting off trail. If volunteers come unprepared, you will not be allowed on the project site. OSMP will provide snacks, extra water, gloves and safety gear. If you have questions please contact Anna Daves at davesa@bouldercolorado.gov.
