Tax preparation can be a confusing and expensive process for many individuals and families. Tax Help Colorado removes the challenges and financial burden by offering quality, free tax assistance each year thanks to a growing network of dedicated partners and volunteers. We know this is more than just a tax return, it’s a refund that can help families build a better future.
Help families receive the refunds they're owed by becoming an IRS-certified tax preparer for the 2027 tax season! Tax Help Colorado staff are ready to patiently guide you through the certification process.
The Tax Help Colorado team offers four training sessions to prepare you for the upcoming season. Volunteers are encouraged to attend each training in-person and complete the courses in the order listed below. You will need to register for each session individually.
You may mix-and-match to accommodate your schedule as needed.
