2019 Leadville Trail 100 MTB

I cannot recommend it enough. I would encourage everyone to volunteer at some point in their history with the race.

Had a great time. How could you not. Seeing the racers finish and handing out water, towels and medals was fun.

Great event and great volunteer opportunity. My 11 year old daughter walked away saying that she enjoyed helping people all day and felt great about the experience! I did as well.

It really hit home when I heard the Leadville Podcast and the blind athlete mentioned “the one guy at Carter’s Summit”. I’m pretty sure that was me, and I am glad that I could make a difference for him.
