So many things to love. Inspirational doesn't even approach how amazing this organization is. I was especially impressed with the history, and the clearly stated, well-organized way that prospective volunteers can get engaged. It seems truly easy to get involved. Thank you. Also, using the weight of your dog in your lap is great on all levels.
I tend to not make sense of all of my notes after I take them. A follow-up cheat sheet with important numbers/links/weights might be useful, even if not necessary.
