Another great day of educational fun at Zilker Gardens!! I don't know who had more fun? Me or all the parents and kiddos that learned about Fern Propagation! It was cold but that did not dampen the number of families that came! It was a success!

Loved learning and sharing information with the visitors. I was surprised to see such a high number of tourists which was really cool.
Super fun activity! I enjoyed helping all ages with propagating the Staghorn ferns and promoting the Surreal Garden. The garden was really busy and it was fun meeting all of the out of towners!
Perfect weather, well organized with friendly and helpful staff, happy and engaged visitors, and welcoming volunteers!! I loved everything about it! I volunteered with the fern propagation table but I saw some of the awards ceremony for the art contest too, but had to leave soon after my shift for other commitments. I am new to Austin but the Garden is a treasure to all worth investing in. There are SO many educational possibilities and opportunities here for all generations! I feel fortunate to be able to volunteer time for such a worthy place!
