So much fun greeting the finishers, especially the ones close to the shot gun blast.
Great experience. I had fun and enjoyed welcoming finishers across the line. My only suggestion would be to try to get medals and prizes (copper mugs) wrapped in bulk rather than individually packaged. It creates so much waste.
Didn't catch the aid station lead's name. But, he was competent and relaxed. Instructions to get to Stumptown from the email were a little unclear, and CR 3 was extra rocky but my car survived. Overall fun experience interacting with volunteers and racers.
Waited on the sweep and last two riders. Missed cut off by an hour.
Everyone was great i liked starting my day with a breakfast burrito. Then helping keep the course safe without any delays for the racers.
Darren and his track team was great to see in action, they really made things work, and enjoyed being up there. Nice kids.
Everything was flowing, since Darren had obviously done this many times before.
Great Aid station.
