District Track Meet

It was fun to visit w other parent volunteers and the faculty/coaches stopping by the tent. Very windy, we needed to hold down the poles a few times w extra rocks.
It could be kept w the clipboard for checking other volunteers at the Hospitality Tent. Also a notice as to who can partake of the goods of the Tent would be great too. (eg Those w blue bands, Dr Nichols, ...others who might not have a band)

Also no Mayo or silverware-requiring foods...coaches are too busy for that and we dont want to risk getting anyone sick. Pretty sure no one got sick this time. It was cooler than average, so we lucked out. Tacos, Cookies, browmies, fruit, waters, Gatorades, coffee, and the pulled pork were all a great hit! We had to give away some of the doughnuts, people liked that!

The Gate Ticket Folks need shade!!! They were so hot and sun-burned! Also on the field for the kids waiting to run, need two more tents so that they dont bake! Could prob. use some little water cups there as well if they get stuck waiting too long.
