I have some suggestions that are specific to the organization of the lunches. The sack lunches were big, with multiple items at first. Then we slowly ran out of different components. Because there was an estimate of the number of lunches to be served, those in charge should have foreseen this and varied the content of the lunches over time so there was more equity between early and late.
