Day of Caring 2019

There are three different opportunities at the Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus: Blanket making party – We go through 200+ blankets per week at the hospital! Volunteers can make fleece blankets for the kiddos (they are the ones that tie at the ends – no sewing involved). Minimal fees apply to cover the costs of the fleece blanket material. Customized craft party – Up to 12 volunteers can host a craft party in the main atrium of Children's Colorado, where patients and families can create their own craft. Family Resource Center – Group of up to 7 volunteers can serve breakfast to our parents and families from 8:30 – 10:30am in the Family Resource Center. Companies can also provide resources such as board games, movies, toiletry kits, books, magazines, pre-packaged foods, etc. Point of Contact: Brittany Schilling, brittany.schilling@childrenshospitalcolorado.org
