TPS Workshop - Sep 20, 2024

This is probably the least glamorous but most helpful volunteer position. Beginning in the afternoon, as a cleanup volunteer, you will be helping us clean the room and pack up and organize all of our supplies so that we can leave the building on time. Our location generously donates the space we use, but in order to show our respect and appreciation, we need to keep the space clean and leave on time so their staff can get home to their families too. Usually our Immigration Services staff spend the last couple of workshop hours ensuring that all clients get their applications finished and professional reviewed before they leave for the day.  It can be difficult to do this work and clean up our space simultaneously.  And this is where our “Cleanup” volunteers are immensely helpful!
