Volunteers will receive a t-shirt upon check-in day of the event and should plan to wear that t-shirt for the duration of their volunteer shift. Please wear comfortable shoes.

Description
Please note: Guest Services shift times have changed this year. There are five shifts to choose from depending on the length of time you'd like to volunteer. Volunteers are paired one-on-one with guests to help them prioritize and navigate the services provided at Project Homeless Connect. Volunteers assist with filling out the guest intake survey form and accompany guests to different service areas. Volunteers should plan to stay with their guest from the time the guest arrives to the time the guest leaves. If a volunteer finishes with one guest before the end of their shift, they are encouraged to assist another guest.
