Grad Bash 2026 Volunteers

** Please note that this is NOT an ADA accessible volunteer opportunity. **

• Put out linens and arrange tables according to event map
• Help put up umbrellas and tents
• Support colleges and schools with setting up their tent and table space
• Assist with setting up inflatables
• Unload pint glasses at check in and stuff with flier
• Put up signage around the event space and set up fencing
• Set up the check-in tables

Please note that your shift may end early and depends on the amount of set up that still needs to be done. We are hoping that we will be fully set up no later than 2:30 p.m. 

Lunch will be provided between 1-2 p.m.

Some heavy lifting may be required.
