We had more people from the neighborhood join in than people from the Clarksville community garden which is one of 2 required work days per year. We had so many volunteers we were able to finish our work sooner.

Great community experience. The group of volunteers were a combination of high school students, community gardeners and civic minded neighbors. It was wonderful to see young people working side by side with older adults. The students were very polite, respectful and took direction very well. It was also interesting to share the history of Clarksville (segregation) with the students.
