working in the light rain was more comfortable than if it had been dry or muggy, but the wet mulch pile and mud were a mess in places. we begged off the first day because of the postponement notice. Very glad to see the grounds getting attention, and glad to see the volunteers supporting the school grounds and playground.

It might be more useful to have the younger kids pick up trash from the playground area and the rest of the campus , since moving mulch is really a bit much for the smaller kids.
