Shoal creek green belt is one of Austin’s treasures. It is wonderful to see the trash get picked up so we have a cleaner environment. With a good number of volunteers it did not take long to make a huge difference.
I appreciate the work that shoal creek conservancy does, and wish downtown businesses & homeowners would also commit to ongoing cleanup of shoal creek green belt.
Also the homeless seem responsible for a majority of the trash. I wish there was a way to address this issue. I feel bad for them and their situation but the trash is disgusting.
