I ended up helping out at the sweatshirt/buckles (and engraving) moreso after helping clip ties on the chairs in the gym for the awards ceremony. They didn't have any work for us (until cleanup at the end?). It was a little bit unclear what doors to enter to get to the volunteer opportunit(ies). Quinn and others were great on the buckle/sweatshirt end.

Volunteer leaders Ben and Diana were great and positive all day. The other volunteers were great too, and I think that we had a pretty good and efficient system set up in the tent for the runners/pacers. I was pulled out around 4:30 to help with the traffic/shuttle situation, which was a bit messy, but it sounds like something went wrong with the logistics of it. Definitely a huge improvement opportunity for next year. Since I was out of the tent around then, I am not sure if we ended up having enough water or not; we were starting to run low, partially because the wind blew the tent into a leaning table that dumped several gallons of water/Roctane. Sticks for the Vaseline might be a good idea for the future. The "green team" helping sort recyclables, compostables, and trash were efficient and helpful - I think that went pretty smoothly.
