My name is Jose but my friends and family call me Joe.
I am 28 years old and the oldest in my family. I have 2 younger sisters, 21 years old and 15 years old. My younger brother is 14 years old.
I am a currently a full time student at Pima Medical Institute and currently enrolled in their Physical Therapy Assistant associate program. Before enrolling in school I was working with elderly adults with different cognitive and physical impairments in short term and long term medical and rehabilitation care communities as an Activities Assistant. I helped plan and carry out creative arts and crafts groups, exercise, social and spiritual groups to meet the needs of the residents, which include interacting with residents, family, friends and people in the community. I am creative, outgoing and love to improve people’s quality of life.
In my spar time I enjoy painting and drawing. I also enjoy hiking in the summer and skiing in the winter with my girlfriend at keystone.... [more]
