I volunteer with my organization as part of Longhorn Halloween. We had a booth called Gone Fishing, basically we handed out candy to the kids. I was there for set up all the way to take down.
Fixed gardening beds by bending and placing long tubes on gardening beds
Turned off lights.
I was stationed at the UT Nursing School where i handed out flyers to UT explore participants about stress and talked to them about the school of nursing
I did Longhorn Halloween with the Hispanic Nursing Student Organization where we set up a "fishing" booth and kids were to fish for candy. I was kind of working behind of scenes when kids threw the fishing line behind the board I was placing candy on the net.
All I did was check in volunteers and direct them where they were to volunteer. I also checked in VIP guests and directed them to their stations.
I turned off lights and saved energy!!!!☺

Walk dogs, give water to dogs, clean cages, and also help potential adoptional people
