I was a little nervous to take my first call, espesially when I didn't know the answer. MaKenna Kincaid has been so helpful and got back to me right away when I had a question. She let me know the answer promptly which was excellent because my next caller had the same question. The more calls I took the smoother the process and more comfortable I became.
