I worked the shuttle ticket booth and things went pretty smoothly. My only issue was with the credit card payment process. It took forever. Either speed up the process by allowing runners to swipe and the computer reads their info or have more than one computer available. Runners were getting very frustrated at the tedious process as well as the $2.01 fee that was added. Other than that, everything went well when I was there.

On race day, there was confusion about VIP parking. I parked in the lot designated for volunteers (I thought) - Hyde Park Academy High School - but there was no security guard checking names as several frantic runners that indicated the VIP lot was full. The lots could have been marked and/or a volunteer stationed at the entrance to the lot.

The course aid stations were plentiful and staffed well. Great job!
