A nice overview. I would like to see a more in-depth dive into the how we should respond. Good start to know what, but all of the trainings I've attended on TIC stop at the what it is. I need a deeper understanding. Building relationships, serving within the trauma aware context.
Very didactic. I know facilitation makes the process longer, but generally adult learners respond well. Well presented within the virtual media.
