I was able to donate 9 items to the drive for breast cancer fighters. My grandmother is a breast cancer survivor, so being able to aid those fighting is very important to me. The drive was very informative and taught me that a fact I believed was true about breast cancer was a myth. I hope that more events about breast cancer can be done on campus in the future to better our attitudes about getting exams and aid in the fight against cancer.

As the moderator of one of the sessions of the science and engineering fair I aided with the flow of students to the judges. I enjoyed listening to the students projects and learning more about the NC school system.
