I’m so grateful for the work of the Green Corn Project and for the opportunity to share this experience with my daughter. It was a beautiful reminder that gardening is about so much more than growing food—it’s about community, connection, and sharing knowledge. We were grateful to both give and receive through the stories, wisdom, and traditions shared about gardening here in Central Texas. It was a meaningful experience we hope to continue to build upon.
